The ICOS National Conference “Mission Carbon Neutrality: role, status and perspectives of environmental observations” opened the Call for Abstract.
The conference, which will be held in Rome, 27th and 28th September 2022, will be an opportunity of discussion and comparison on the use, challenges, advisability and role of high quality measures collected by various european Research Infrastructures aimed to achieve Carbon Neutrality
THEMES
The national conference is organized in 4 main themes:
- Challenges and opportunities for long-term greenhouse gas monitoring
- Integration between in-situ observations, remote sensing and models
- Greenhouse gas accounting, inventories and balances
- ICOS and other research infrastructures
